K’taka govt working on action plan to end drug menace in the state: Nalin Kumar Kateel

Kalaburagi: BJP state president NAlin Kumar Kateel on Friday said that the government is taking stringent measures to curb the drug menance in the state.
He was speaking to reporters during a visit to the party office in Kalaburagi.
“Drug addiction is on the rise among youths today. The earlier government did not act tough against the drug network but now the BJP government will ensure stringent measures to bust the drug racket. Efforts in this direction have begun,” he said.
Each party worker has been asked to interact with atleast five persons for organising the party at grass root levels and also to enquire about hardships during Covid-19.
Speaking about teachers issues, Kateel said “Many teachers from private schools are forced to do odd jobs due to financial issue amid the Covid 19 pandemic. The government has assured to pay them their salaries,” he added.
