Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Friday instructed the State government to submit with it the investigation report by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the sex video case involving MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi.

A division bench of Chief Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice Suraj Govindaraj gave the instruction to the State’s Advocate General Prabhuling K Navadagi.

The bench asked the Navadagi to ensure that there is no closure report filed until the issue is heard in court.

They added that the report be submitted to the court on Monday so that it can be heard on Tuesday.

The court is hearing a bunch of petitions filed against the Special Investigation Team and its constitution.
