K’taka sees 31830 new COVID-19 cases; 180 deaths, 10793 discharges

Bengaluru: On the first day after the weekend curfew, Karnataka saw an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases.

31,830 new cases were reported in a 24 hour period from across the State along with 10,793 recoveries and 180 deaths.

The State’s total tally now stands at 14,00,775 cases out of which 3,01,899 cases are active and 14,807 dead.

Presently, 2,063 patients are undergoing treatment in Intensive Care Units.

Bengaluru Urban district reported the highest number of cases at 17,550 with Mysuru reporting second at 2,042 cases and Tumkuru 1,196 cases.
