Kundapur: Traffic police station staff COVID-19 +ve; station sealed for 2 days

Kundapur: A staff member at the traffic police station here has tested positive for COVID-19. as a result of this, the police station has been sealed for two days.
The COVID-19 positive staff member has been admitted to the designated COVID-19 hospital here.
Kundapur Subdivision ASP Hariram Shankar said that the police station will be sealed for two days for sanitisation. The station has been temporarily shifted to the guest house.
Till Saturday evening, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Udupi district has increased to 1,277. On Saturday, 19 people were confirmed to be COVID-19 positive.
