Bengaluru: In a setback to former chief minister HD Kumaraswamy, a special court on Thursday issued the summons directing the latter to appear in person before the court with regard to land denotification case.
In 2007, when he was the Chief Minister, Kumaraswamy allegedly denotified land to the extent of 3.14 acre at Halagevaderahalli in Kengeri Hobli, acquired by the Bengaluru Development Authority.
