Mangaluru: The high court granted interim bail to Advocate K S N Rajesh, who was in judicial custody relating to the allegation of sexually harassing law interns.
Two law student interns have filed complaints in the women’s police station here, against special public prosecutor, K S N Rajesh of the Lokayukta division here, accusing him of sexual harassment and threat.
Rajesh had become untraceable thereafter.

Rajesh remained underground for about two months after which a lookout notice was issued against him. The anticipatory bail applications moved by Rajesh in Mangaluru court and the state high court were rejected.
