Chamrajnagar: Madamma, a resident of Hosapodu village within Punajanuru gram panchayat in the taluk has been selected to represent Karnataka in the Republic Day celebrations at New Delhi.
Former APMC president BK Ravikumar sent her off to the national capital from here.
Speaking on the occasion he said that the selection of Madamma to represent Karnataka at the Republic Day celebrations and to view the parade has brought great honour to the district.
