Man arrested for raping 8-year-old daughter

Bengaluru: A man was accused of raping his 8-year-old daughter.
The accused Anvar (30) from Kengeri has been awarded with 20 years imprisonment and Rs.50,000 fine for sexually assaulting his daughter.
It has been reported that the accused raped his daughter when his wife was not home and threatened of killing her if she revealed the incident.
But the daughter complained to her mother who lodged a complaint to the police. Based on the mother’s complaint Anvar was arrested. As the charges are proven in the court, the sessions court awarded him punishment,” informed the police.
