Mangaluru: 12 passengers injured in govt buses collision

Haleangadi: Two State government buses collided on National Highway 66 in front of Canara Bank here.
A Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus from Mangaluru depot coming from Udupi was hit at the rear by a North Eastern Karnataka Road Transport Corporation bus.
The force of the collision threw the KSRTC bus off the road into a drain.
A local rickshaw driver, Yogesh, called an ambulance and helped in moving the injured to the hospital.
Police officials from Surathkal traffic police arrived at the spot for inspection.
