Mangaluru: ComPol holds news conf on arrest of dancer Kishore Shetty

Mangaluru: In a news conference on September 19 the city’s police commissioner Vikash Kumar stated the details of the arrest of actor-dancer Kishore Shetty for possessing illegal substances.

The commissioner said that along with Shetty another person by the name Aqeel Nausheel (28) has also been arrested. Both had procured the substances from Mumbai and were to sell it in the city.

We will also be tracing the entire network from Mumbai to the city. We have got some leads from the arrested and will be conducting an extensive enquiry, added Kumar.

Kumar also stated that all citizens must help the police in ridding the city from drugs and asked to contact control room number 100 or 0824-2220800 for sharing any information they have on drugs peddling and consumption in the city.

Kishore Aman Shetty was arrested on the morning of September 19 for possessing drugs.
