Mangaluru: Customs seize gold worth Rs 14.55 lakh at MIA

Mangaluru: Customs officials at Mangaluru International Airport seized gold worth Rs 14.55 lakh from a Dubai passenger on Sunday, April 18

The passenger has been identified as Arish from Bantwal. He tried to smuggle gold by concealing it in items like toys, water dispenser and juicer etc

Further investigation and proceedings in accordance with the law is under progress.
