Mangaluru: DC office to remain closed from Jul 3 to 5 for sanitisation

Mangaluru: The deputy commissioner (DC) office will be closed for three days starting from July 3 to July 5, as the premises will be sanitized, as a precautionary measure against the fast-spreading COVID-19, informed DC Sindhu B Rupesh.
As the number of COVID cases is increasing in the district day by day the district health department has been taking the necessary steps to curb the spread of the virus and as a precautionary measure, the DC’s office will be sanitized.
The DC has also directed for the closure of all offices including the elected representatives and ministerial. Meanwhile, the entry of the public is banned at the DC office premises.
