Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada Pre-University Colleges Principals’ Association has stated that they will start the evaluation of PUC answer sheets after the English examination is over on June 18.
Speaking at a news conference on May 26, president of the Association Umesh Karkera stated.
The decision comes in view of the COVID-19 crisis in the State and the district, explained Karkera.
Karkera added that many evaluators will have to come from other districts and accommodation and food could not be provided to them as most hotels and lodges are converted as quarantine centres.
The evaluation work was to begin on Wednesday, May 27.
