Mangaluru: Doc who treated dead COVID-19 +ve woman booked

Bantwal: The physician who provided primary treatment to the 50-year-old woman from Bantwal who died of COVID-19 has been booked for not reporting her case.
The woman’s death became the first COVID-19 casualty in Dakshina Kannada district.
The case registered at Bantwal town police station charges him for not informing her case to the health department which could have led to further spreading of the virus.
