Mangaluru: Folk Singer, Padma Shri Sukri Bommagowda’s health condition stable

Mangaluru: The health condition of Padma Shri awardee Sukri Bommagowda who was hospitalized on May 7, is stable, sources said.
Sukri Bommagowda is receiving medical treatment at the KMC Hospital in Mangaluru for breathing-related issues, sources added.
Belonging to the Halakki Vokkaliga tribe in Ankola, Sukri Bommagowda is a well-known folk singer.
She has received several awards for her contributions to the arts, and her work in preserving traditional tribal music
