Manipal: All outpatient departments of Kasturba Hospital here will be available from June 15 onwards, said Dr Avinash Shetty, Medical Superintendent of the Hospital.

The outpatient department service will be available from 8 am to 4 pm. Everyone visiting the hospital should visit the temporary fever clinic set up in front of the hospital and then they will be sent to the relevant department. All patients and those visiting the hospital must wear facemasks. Only one other person will be allowed along with the patient to enter the hospital, Dr Shetty said.

All the information centres of the hospital will be functioning from Monday so that people can register for appointments from their homes. This will reduce the queue and crowding in the hospital for registration, he added.
