Mentally unstable man attacks lover with sword

Hubballi: In a bizarre incident, a mentally unstable man attacked his lover with a sword in the middle of the road on Monday, December 21 at Deshpande Nagar.

The accused is identified as Ismail K Kunkura, an autorikshaw driver hailing from Rampura village in Kundgola Taluk.

The victim is identified as Asha D Agasara, a worker at a nearby jewelry shop near the Darga. She was severely injured in the attack.

A case with this regard has been registered at the local police station.
