M’luru, Udupi: COVID-19 stats as on Apr 7

Mangaluru/Udupi: For the third consecutive day, no new COVID-19 positive cases were reported in the twin districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi on Tuesday, April 7.
In Dakshina Kannada, 8 COVID-19 positive cases are undergoing treatment.
10 samples sent for testing have all returned negative while 7 fresh samples were sent for testing on April 7.
Wenlock hospital at Mangaluru started operating its COVID-19 testing laboratory and received 10 samples on its maiden day for testing.
In Udupi too, no new cases of COVID-19 positive were reported on April 7, while 6 were admitted in isolation wards after showing symptoms.
