Morgan’s Gate accidental firing case: Rajesh Prabhu granted conditional bail

Mangaluru: The accused in the accidental firing case at Morgan’s Gate has been granted conditional bail by the second district and sessions court here.
The incident had taken place on October 5 at Vaishnavi X’press Cargo Private Limited, owned by the accused Rajesh Prabhu.
Prabhu had allegedly opened fire at two of his employees over a dispute over their dues. The bullet however hit Prabhu’s son who later succumbed to the injuries at the hospital.
The court after hearing the arguments of Prabhu’s counsel granted him conditional bail.
