I am so sure that most of us deal with the occasional lazy-zero motivation morning. The feeling where you wake up knowing that you have a bunch of stuff you need to get done but don’t find the motivation to do so.
We have curated below some ideas that will help you achieve a level of consistent morning productivity and motivation.
1) Experiment with your schedule
Use the resistance to guide you. Jot down things that you need to get done. Following a schedule gives a sense of responsibility.
2) Stretch and exercise before starting your day
Regular exercise releases dopamine which makes us feel happy. The feel good pill does wonders to our positivity.
3) Follow smart morning routine and practice discipline
Social media constantly bombards us with information, stop using your phone and adhere to your routine.
4) Do one thing you love every morning
I personally love plants and I spend my morning watering plants. Its my form of therapy. It can be anything from listening to your favorite podcast or music to taking a walk.
