Mangaluru: Reacting to MLC Ivan D’Souza’s claim that Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to the city will again disturb the peace here, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said that Ivan wants that to happen.
The MP stated that Ivan D’Souza warned of staging protests and hunger strikes on the Home Minister’s visit, attempting to disrupt the city’s peace and demanded Ivan’s externment.
Amit Shah’s itinerary while on his visit to the state has Hubballi, Bengaluru and Mangaluru on it. It is not confirmed if he will visit the Bangladeshi and Pakistani refugees living near Sindhanur.
