MPs must live in villages too, says Satish Jarkiholi

Belagavi: KPCC Working President and Congress candidate for the Belagavi Lok Sabha constituency by-election Satish Jarkiholi said that members of the Lok Sabha, who mostly live in Delhi, must also live in villages.
Speaking to reporters here after filing his nomination for the by-election here he said that he has already worked for twenty years as a Vidhan Sabha member, legislator and minister and with people’s support and blessing, hopes to work for them again.
He added that he did not wear the green shawl to support the farmers’ protest, it was gifted to him by local farmer leaders before he arrived to submit his nomination.
