Bengaluru: BJP state president BS Yeddyurappa on Friday said that the predictions made by him on the basis of his 40-year poitical experience has turned to be true.

His comments came a day after the Congress-JDS coalition in the state won just two out of the 28 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka.

He was referring to the downfall of Congress predicted by him after they entered into a post-poll alliance with JDS to keep BJP out of power in the state. A video of the same has gone viral on social media since yesterday.

Speaking to reporters here Yeddyurappa said that he was going to Delhi on May 29. “Discussions will be held with central party leaders on future course of action to be taken in the state,” he said.

On Sumalatha’s victory in Mandya Lok Sabha seat, Yeddyurappa said that she was welcome to join the party if she wants too but we are not going to ask her to join our party.”
