Mangaluru: SDPI has shown its anti-nationalist agenda by raising Pro-Pakistan slogans, said, BJP State President, Nalin Kumar Kateel.
Speaking to the reporters, Kateel said, ” Till now, we believed that SDPI wasn’t a Pro-Terrorist Organisation but now they have proved that they support terrorism. Members of SDPI should have raised slogans like ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ but instead they raised Pro-Pak slogans. BJP strongly condemns this act. Like PFI, SDPI too has been involved in anti-national activities”
“SDPI has played a major role in DJ Halli violence, Anti-CAA riots. We will take strict action against them. Home Minister too has ordered strict probe in the matter,” he added
Nalin accused Congress party of being “double tongued” and said, “Whenever there is a riot Congress says that they have no relation with SDPI but later on form an alliance with them. Congress must issue a clarification regarding their relationship with the SDPI. Congress party is fickle minded which is why even the minorities are against the party”
