New Delhi: The attack on students and professors of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has received opposition around the country. Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone joined the protests on January 7 expressing her solidity with the victims of the violence.
The photos of her attending the protests went viral on Twitter and many had opposed her move by alleging that this was a stunt to promote her upcoming film ‘Chhapaak.’
Some netizens went a step forward and posted the screenshots of canceling their booking of the film.
Ironically, the supporters of Deepika Padukone noticed that everyone is sharing the same screenshot. They have also shared these screenshots on Twitter as well. Here are some of these posts.
