Microblogging site Twitter went down on Tuesday, June 22 affecting its service.

Twitter users across India complained that they could not receive notifications on their respective accounts. Most users ended up scrolling and refreshing Twitter every now and then. Meanwhile, Twitter was flooded with humourous memes and #NotificationsLautaDoTwitter started trending.
