Bengaluru: Several JD(S) MLAs are reportedly upset with the party over lack of funds for their constituencies and are more likely to join BJP.

Alleging that no funds were allocated during the coalition govt, the disgruntled JDS MLAs are reportedly planning to quit JD(S) and join BJP.

Speaking on the issue a senior BJP leader said, “As per the proposal, over 19 JDS MLAs have already agreed to join the BJP. Chamundeshwari MLA GT Devegowda has been asked to bring more MLAs in order to escape action under the anti-defection law and then he will be rewarded with a plum portfolio.”

On the other hand ten, Congress MLAs have also agreed to switch sides.
