New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reportedly deleted his account from Chinese social media app ‘Weibo’.
Sources said that while the Prime Minister’s decision to delete his account was taken immediately after the government banned 59 Chinese apps in India there was a delay from Weibo’s end due to its user policy regarding verified accounts and as a result, India had to initiate an official process.
