An elderly woman selling pens on the streets of Pune went viral and won hearts on the internet.
Shikha Rathi, an Instagram user and businesswoman, posted a cheerful photo of an old woman selling pens from a little box. The Instagrammer not only posted the photo, but she also included the woman’s tale in her description.
She makes a job selling pens on MG Road, but she doesn’t pressure her customers to buy.

Further adding, “Her integrity along with her sweet smile, kind heart and her joyful attitude made me purchase more pens from her! Just seeing her smile and gratitude has filled my heart. And she deserves to be celebrated and shared, so hence the post!!”
