Raichur: Three children drown in village pond

Raichur: Three children, who had gone to fetch drinking water drowned in the village pond on Thursday, April 9.

The deceased has been identified as Nagaraj (10), Karthik (8) and Ravi Kumar (7).

As per sources, the trio had gone to the village pond at 7 am to fetch drinking water. While filling water, slipped into the pond and drowned.

A case in this regard has been registered with the Sindhanoor Rural police
