Right wing in support for Lankesh murder accused

Bengaluru: Parshuram Waghmare, the man who admitted to having shot Gauri Lankesh has apparently discovered help from a few people, claiming to be Sri Rama Sene activists on the social media platform.
A Facebook campaign, propelled by these activists look forward to raising money for Waghmare’s family. Additionally, endeavors are being made by ring-wing associations to ensure that all the accused arrested get legal aid. Veerendra Ichalkaranjikar, a Mumbai-based lawyer has been found in court for each hearing of the case against the accused.
Other than the above, there are a few different activists who have supported Waghmare and others arrested for the case. A FB post by activist Manchaleshwari Tonashyal peruses: “If there continues to be anti-Hindu activities carried out by s**t-headed elements who hit at the Hindutva foundation of this country, every house will see a Parashuram Wagmare being born.” Tonashyal FB profile says that she is the will be the ladies’ wing leader of the Sri Rama Sene and BJP Yuva Morcha’s executive member.
Waghmare(26) was the 6th accused arrested in the Gauri Lankesh murder. Not long after his capture pictures of him with Sri Rama Sene chief Pramodh Muthalik became famous online over the social media implying good connection between the two.
