Rural talent Kavish Shetty enters Bollywood

Hebri: Kavish Shetty of Belanjeya in Hebri is an excellent example for the expression, where there is a will, there is a way.

Equipped with a simple love story which is a fad among the present generation, Mr Shetty has entered Bollywood by directing and acting in a movie which will soon be released in three languages.

Kavish is the son of Prema and Sudhakar Shetty couple from Belanje who completed his high school at Kuccharu Herge Vitla Shetty high school post which he went to Mumbai, where he worked at a hotel, continued studies through evening college and successfully completed his degree and MBA. Having a special love towards movies, he chose to ride the horse in his dreams along with his professional life and joined a movie direction course in Mumbai while working in a hotel, gained experience and ended up as the assistant director for Kannada movie Mungaru Male – 2 and has now quietly created a movie in Kannada, Marathi and Hindi with a mere budget of Rs 4 crore. He has directed the movie by creating characters matching a unique story. Besides, the movie has been directed under his own production has given an opportunity for local talents and the specialty is that along with directing the movie, Kavish is also acting in the lead role of the movie.

Kavish put his body through a rigorous body weight regime and took three years to complete the movie. For the first phase of the filming of the movie which relates to a school life story, he lost his weight from 78 kg to 53 kg, followed by increasing his weight to 68 kg for shooting college scenes and eventually increasing his body weight to 76 kg for the shooting of the movies climax scenes. Through his dedicated effort, he has now gained the title of Amir Khan from Kannada in the arena of Bollywood.

The movie with a unique story line will be released in the month of November, but the move team has not yet revealed the name of the movie and Kavish has informed that the name of the movie will be revealed on the day the movie release date will be announced.
