Owing to lockdown, ticket booking was suspended. But now as Chamarajanagar district is included in Category 1 district, lifting certain curbs, tourism-related activities at Bandipur coming under the district were being resumed, and accordingly, the safari is being restarted for wildlife enthusiasts.

S.R. Natesh, Bandipur Tiger Reserve Director, in a press release said, “All tourism activities will be available online from July 15.”
