Bengaluru: In yet another setback for Congress leader and former minister D K Shivakumar, the Karnataka High Court on Friday dismissed his petition seeking interim protection from arrest in a money laundering case.
The Congress leader had moved the high court seeking an urgent hearing in the case today morning after Enforcement Directorate issued fresh summons against him on late Thursday night asking him to appear before it on Friday.
With the dismissal of his petition, Shivakumar now faces the threat of arrest by ED.
