Seven cattle rescued by Police at Kundapur

Kundapur: Seven cattle which were being smuggled and taken to the slaughterhouse were caught and released by the Kundapur Police here today.
According to the police, A pick up van which was covered in Tarpaulin sheets on all the sides made it suspicious to the police. When the cops tried to stop the vehicle, the driver escaped and seven cattle were found inside the vehicle.
Police seized the vehicle and rescued seven cattle during the operation.
A case has been registered in the Kundapur Rural Police station.
