Seven new Covid 19 cases detected in K’taka, total tally rises to 214

Bengaluru: As per the latest update from Karnataka Health Department, seven new cases of coronavirus has been detected in the state. With this the total number of infected persons rises to 214, which includes 6 deaths and 37 discharges.

All the new cases detected today were contacts of infected patients.

The five cases reported from Mysuru are employees of a pharma company and were contacts of Patient No 88. All of them have been admitted to the designated hospital in Mysuru.

Meanwhile one case each was reported from Bengaluru city and from Bidar.
