The accused is one among the two persons who were allegedly involved in the attack on Sharath Madiwala on July 4, 2017 at BC Road that eventually resulted in the death of the victim.

So far, the police have arrested 18 persons and were on the lookout for Nissar and another Ibrahim, who is the 3rd accused and currently absconding.
