Shimoga: COVID warrior denied treatment in private hospitals

Shimoga: Private hospital in chief minister BS Yediyurappa’s home district denied treatment to a Police officer who was suffering from fever.
A 45-year-old ASI was suffering from fever and visited a private hospital in the city, the hospital authorities denied treating him citing that he has to undergo the COVID-10 test first. Few other private hospitals in the city too denied treatment citing the same reason.
Following the incident, the police officers in the district request the district in-charge minister to make arrangements for a separate hospital for COVID warriors.
