Sitapur: Monkey ‘business’ leads to money shower

Sitapur: In a notorious case of animal menace, a monkey in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh stole money from a registry office and threw it away.

The monkey snatched a senior citizen’s bag, which had around Rs. 4lacs from outside Vikas Bhawan Registry Office. It ran away with the bag and climbed a tree and threw around 10-12 thousand rupees.

Looking at this shower of money, a crowd gathered to fill their pockets. After numerous attempts, the monkey let go off the bag.

A case regarding the incident has been registered at a local police station.
