Mangaluru: Police officials have arrested social activist Sunil Bajilkeri on charges of insulting pregnant women through his social media post.
Sunil posted a morphed photo of a pregnant woman with the caption, ” When is Nambia Cheetah’s baby shower?”
He was allegedly mocking the BJP government for bringing Cheetahs from Namibia.
A complaint was filed by a woman from Edapadavu for insulting pregnant women. Following this, Bajilakeri was arrested by Bajpe police officials.
