State govt to reduce traffic congestion in B’luru: Basavaraj Bommai

Bengaluru: Home minister Basavaraj Bommai on Monday said that the state government is more likely to take up Traffic Signal Modernization project at 12 main locations within the city in order to subdue the traffic congestion in the city.
Speaking on the issue Basavaraj Bommai said that the blueprint of this project will be prepared only after reviewing and finalizing the 12 main locations of the city where Traffic Signal Modernization project should be implemented.
“The aim of this project is to subdue the traffic congestion in the city,” he added.
