Sullia: FIR filed against man for alleged derogatory remark on Prophet

Sullia: Acting on a complaint lodged by SDPI Panne booth committee vice-president, Bellare police station has lodged a case against a man for alleged use of derogatory word against the Prophet Muhammad.
The complainant, Naufal, has stated that Jagadish Kaivathadka had used the objectionable words against the Prophet. while responding to a post on social media.
The SDPI and Students Federation of India have demanded the police to initiate strict action against Jagadish for hurting the religious sentiments of people and thus attempting to disturb the communal harmony in the society
