Sullia: Unknown car mows down pedestrian in hit and run case

Sullia: An unknown car hit and killed a man who had gone for a morning stroll Arantodu here on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Saroj Kumar.
As usual, Saroj went for a morning walk on Tuesday, but unfortunately, an unknown car mowed him down at Sampaje Gadikallu and fled from the spot.
Passerby who were retuning from a Yakshagana Show saw him drenched in blood and rushed him to the hospital from where he was referred to a hospital in Mangaluru for treatment. However, he died at the hospital without responding to treatment.
Police visited the spot and are trying to trace the vehicle involved in the case.
