Surathkal: More than 2 kilometre-long traffic jam was noticed on the National Highway 66 here due to the speed-breaker painting work being undertaken during the day.
Usually, any works related to the highways are done during the night-time.
However, the painting contractor, reportedly, chose the wrong time for his work – the evening rush hour.
