Talapady-Kasaragod four laning to begin soon

Kasaragod: The work on four laning the national highway from Talapady to Kasaragod will begin from July end or in the first week August, Informed Public Works Minister G. Sudhakaran.
He was speaking after inaugurating Koratikundu Bridge which will connect Madhuru with Badiyaka village panchayat.
Land acquisition along Talapady has been completed and the permission to call for tenders has been received from the central government two days back. 4,300 crore rupees has been expected for the development of 86 kms of national highway in Kasaragod district, explained the minister.
