Tamil Nadu: DMK-Congress seal seat sharing pact; Cong gets 25 seats

New Delhi: Congress on Sunday announced that it has sealed an alliance deal with DMK for next month’s elections in Tamil Nadu. As per the seat-sharing pact, Congress will contest from 25 seats.
The Kanyakumari Lok Sabha seat, which was vacant following the death of Congress MP Vasanthakumar has also been allotted to Congress, informed Tamil Nadu Congress Chief KS Alagiri
The 234-member Tamil Nadu assembly will have a single phase polling on April 6.
