Terrorist activity in Kerala: Pak supporting the accused

Kasaragod: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has revealed that Kocchupidiyakal Mohammed Sabir alias Ayub, a resident of Kannur Marakkarkandy in the state of Kerala, who is absconding after being accused of involving in terrorist activities in the state of Kerala has been provided passport and protection by Pakistan.

Sabir had escaped to Dubai from Kerala a few years ago and the court had issued an arrest warrant against him. Conducting investigation in this connection, NIA has unearthed the information that Mohammed is living in Rawalpindi in Pakistan.

Necessary actions are being taken to get Sabir arrested and extradite him to India through Interpol, informed NIA.
