Thief Builds Underground Tunnel to Steal 5 KG Gold from Jewelry Shop in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: According to the reports 5 kilogram gold stolen from a jewelry shop at Cottonpete in Bengaluru and the incident came into light on Sunday morning when the jewelry shop owner opened the jewelry shop on Sunday morning.
The jewelry shop is located adjacent to a lodge here and a person, whose identity yet to be known had been staying in the lodge managed to build an underground tunnel to steal the jewelry items from the shop.
The jewelry shop remained closed for the last a few days following some maintenance work. Exact date when the items were stolen is yet to be known. The suspect who stolen was reportedly had a stay in the lodge for around ten days.
