Two aspiring cricketers arrested for snatching chains

Bengaluru: Two aspiring cricketers who dreamt of playing at international level wound up behind the bars for snatching chains.
Naveen Shetty (19) and Balakumar (19) are the two people who are arrested by the police. They began to grab chains from people since eight months on the advice of one of their friends, who said that this is the easiest way to make money to buy a cricket kit.
Police have cracked 22 instances of chain snatching that have occurred in the city because of the arrest of this duo. The cops have recovered 900 grams of gold worth Rs 27 lac and a bike from the accused.
