Udupi: 70-year-old woman commits suicide by jumping off building

Udupi: A 70-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by jumping off a building near the taluk office on Saturday June 5.
The deceased identified as Gangamma (70), was from Chitradurga district and her son was working in a bank in Udupi.
It is said that she jumped off the 7th floor of the building. She had tested positive for Covid19 a few days ago and had recovered. Her husband was also undergoing Covid-19 treatment in the hospital.
A case is registered at Udupi town police station.
